My adventure in Roquefort Country is the fruit of an exciting life journey. After years of travelling the world, from the kitchens of Bora Bora to Japan via Thailand and China, my story took a major turn after a serious accident (two years in hospital).

HOW DID THE DREAM COME TRUE?

It was during this difficult period that my passion for gastronomy, my unwavering determination, my constant dedication and my deep love for this profession found new impetus. The warm encounters with the people of Aveyron were the key to this transition, adding a precious human dimension to my career.
The opening of my restaurant in May 2023 in the Roquefort region was much more than a professional achievement. It was the result of a personal adventure, forged by genuine links with the local community.
