As its name suggests, this ride is far from flat! Some notable climbs await along this route through a predominantly agricultural landscape. The highlight of this meandering escape is undoubtedly the Montclar viewpoint, offering a 360° view of the Ségala, the Grands Causses, and, on clear days, even the Aigoual massif.
