The wide variety of landscapes, the numerous small winding roads and single-track paths provide this area with an exceptional topography and make it a particularly suitable setting for hiking, horse-riding, cycling and mountain biking.  Adapted to all levels of practice, from the family stroll on fairly flat terrain to the sporty and technical excursion with it’s challenges of steep slopes. All these activities combine the meeting of nature with cultural discovery of a long and complex heritage set in a patchwork landscape: causses, rougiers, small wooded valleys, all equally providing a very enjoyable time.

The long distance hiking trails are close by and occasionally allow you to reach higher landscapes. They all bring pleasant moments of peace of mind and the feeling of being in harmony with nature.
